At Nexus Bono Legal, helping low-income Texans assert their rights and access the legal system is a core part of our social mission.

 

Our founding attorney, Cheng Li, has been actively involved in pro bono service and legal aid partnerships throughout his career. In recognition of his dedication, he was honored by the American Bar Association Standing Committee on Pro Bono and Public Service as a 2024 Pro Bono Leader for his extraordinary volunteer work through ABA Free Legal Answers.

 

We are committed to using our legal skills to support individuals and communities in need. If you are a Texas resident and your annual income is below $23,475 (individual) or $39,975 (household), you may be eligible to receive pro bono assistance from our office.
